The aim of the group is to create and apply a full spectrum of proprietary indicators, tools and ideas that enable our clients to identify opportunities, develop new perspectives and make more informed investment decisions in the global asset markets.

This role can be performed in a light hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. However, four day a week office attendance is a requirement.

The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Markets (SSM). When owners and managers of institutional assets need research, trading, securities lending and innovative portfolio strategies, they turn to SSM. • Deliver exceptional presentations to clients and at regular research conferences and industry events.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Macro Strategy team to contribute to discussions of broad investment regimes and their implications for forming equity.
  • Distill inputs from vast information sets and complex relationships into a clear and focused investment thesis combining fundamental, quantitative, and proprietary indicators into your analysis.
  • Provide commentary incorporating SSM's proprietary measures of investor behaviour, risk and inflation with award winning academics and industry practitioners and present work at industry conferences.
  • Manage multiple projects relating to team processes, in a drive to achieve greater efficiency in research engagement, while maintaining strict attention to detail.
