State Street IM Portfolio Oversight and Control are a team of operations professionals with broad experience who provide integration support and daily oversight for the State Street IM core outsourced middle office functions. This role will focus on the.

What you will be responsible for
- Acting as a liaison for the Investment teams and other State Street IM functions, functioning as a central point of contact for operational inquiries on outsourced workflows.
- Contribute to the State Street IM change agenda through partnering with other teams on projects (locally and globally) and on new business analysis so as clear direction can be provided on the scope and operational post trade execution requirements related to any new or existing State Street IM business initiative.
- Monitoring and reviewing critical metrics to ensure deliverables and service standards are met, building and maintaining Service Level Agreements with outsourced providers.
