We are seeking a Vice President to lead Middle Office Reconciliation Onboarding across EMEA within our Alpha Client Implementations team. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing client onboarding delivery, leading regional teams, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes for the reconciliation workstream within complex, multi‑workstream programs.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead reconciliation onboarding initiatives across EMEA, with accountability for delivery across multiple complex client programs.
- Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure successful execution of onboarding milestones and consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
- Act as a senior escalation point for delivery, operational, and client‑related issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with program leads and stakeholders to design practical, achievable onboarding approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on reconciliation processes, operating models, and delivery considerations.
