State Street Investment Management is seeking a Vice President to serve as Global Head of Client Solutions, Client Reporting Services within the COO Client Experience (CX) Technology and Business Services organization.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Global Head of Client Reporting Services, this role will lead the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA, ensuring effective resolution of client reporting inquiries and strong coordination between client-facing and reporting production teams.
What You Will Be Responsible For Lead the day-to-day operations of the Client Solutions team across North America and EMEA , managing a team of 10+ professionals.
Oversee client reporting inquiries by understanding client requirements, resolving questions related to reporting templates and content, and translating client needs into clear requirements for reporting production teams.
Ensure strong service quality, responsiveness, risk management, and operational controls across the Client Solutions function.
Participate in the design and execution of the global Client Reporting operating model , driving consistency, scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality through automation, AI, and workflow optimization .
Partner closely with CCG (Client Coverage Group), reporting production, technology, and other CX teams to improve the end-to-end client reporting experience .
Build and develop a high-performing, client-centric team with clear accountability and a strong culture of continuous improvement.
