ETF as a Service is moving beyond a high growth phase to become a core, institutional global platform. State Street Investment Management is scaling its third-party ETF manufacturing business across jurisdictions. We are hiring a high potential, driven Assistant Vice President to help industrialize onboarding, maintain pricing discipline and support consistent launch execution across the platform. This is an execution driven builder role, focused on hands on delivery and platform development. You will operate at the intersection of product structuring, margin control and cross functional orchestration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Strengthen launch and onboarding frameworks and develop structured onboarding playbooks
  • Support complex ETF launches across US and international markets
  • Coordinate cross functional workstreams across funds management, legal, compliance, capital markets and operations.
  • Improve execution consistency and timeline discipline
  • Drive pricing and margin discipline
  • Build and maintain profitability models across manufacturing fees and capital markets services
  • Monitor cost of manufacturing and operational efficiency
  • Support development of standardized pricing frameworks
  • Industrialize platform infrastructure
  • Contribute to standardized documentation and governance templates
  • Identify process bottlenecks and propose scalable improvements

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2 to 4 years experience in ETF product, investment management operations, capital markets, digital wealth or top tier consulting
  • Post graduate degree from a leading business school in finance or strategy
  • Exposure to ETF structures, fund launches or financial modeling preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capability
  • Highly structured and detail oriented
  • Comfortable operating in cross functional fast paced environments and with senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and executive communication skills
