State Street Alpha Implementation team is looking for an EMEA Business Integration Analyst to support our Collection, Configuration & Readiness Practice across the Alpha platform. We’re looking for professionals with experience across front and middle office operating models, business analysis, data management and project management disciplines. The primary purpose of this role will be managing, oversight and escalation for the operational readiness outreach team, including co‑ordination of communications with third parties and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform coordination, oversight and reporting of third‑party outreach for onboarding globally for assigned clients.
  • Maintain project plans for assigned pillars, including MI to program leads, senior management and clients where relevant.
  • Meet regularly with business teams, workstreams and program analysts to review progress on assigned pillars and associated challenges.
  • Track and report Business Integration Green Light Criteria and Go Live Criteria for Day In the Life, Production Parallel and Go Live.
  • Host internal and external calls as required per assigned pillars, arranging breakout groups for issues where needed.
  • Gain an understanding of target operating models.
  • Proactively raise risks and issues, drive solutions and effectively communicate options.
  • Ensure practice is aligned to programme activities and governance.
  • Leverage ASIS standards and feedback on changes/improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in the asset management sector including investment operations.
  • Project Management / Onboarding experience.
  • External client management experience.
  • 3rd party engagement or vendor management experience.
  • Understanding of outsourced operations, specifically middle office.
