This technical role focuses on advanced requirements analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the development of comprehensive functional specifications to support critical business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. What you will be responsible for Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams and disciplines to drive alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Oversee dependency mapping efforts to manage interdependencies at an organizational level, ensuring project success and strategic alignment. Guide systems and flow analysis to identify high-level inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements. Drive evaluation of complex workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Champion process and flow optimization efforts through advanced visualization and stakeholder communication. Leverage deep knowledge of financial products to provide strategic insight into system and process improvements. Conduct in-depth technical and business analysis to identify trends, insights, and requirements. Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional documentation. Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support business strategy and decision-making. Design and implement advanced reporting solutions, data models, and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Collaborate with IT and development teams on system integration and enhancements. Conduct end-to-end testing of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and functionality. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, leveraging technical expertise to recommend solutions. Education & Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in technical business analysis, with advanced expertise in data analysis and requirements gathering.
