State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) – Program Office is seeking a skilled and proven Business Analyst, Vice President to play a key role in leading complex technical business analysis efforts to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across the organization. This technical role focuses on advanced requirements analysis, data-driven decision-making, and the development of comprehensive functional specifications to support critical business objectives. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams and disciplines to drive alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Oversee dependency mapping efforts to manage interdependencies at an organizational level, ensuring project success and strategic alignment.
- Guide systems and flow analysis to identify high-level inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements.
- Drive evaluation of complex workflows and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
