As a Senior Product Designer in Global Markets, you will shape AI-enabled financial workflows and enterprise platforms. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to translate complex processes into intuitive user experiences. You will drive end-to-end design, contribute to design systems, and explore copilots and intelligent automation to improve decision quality. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design in a hybrid London setting, offering impact across trading, liquidity, and analytics. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for strategic Global Markets initiatives
- Design AI-assisted workflows to boost productivity and decision quality
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define future-state experiences
- Translate complex financial processes into user-centered solutions
- Create user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Drive adoption of enterprise design systems and reusable patterns
- Establish design approaches for copilots, agents, and intelligent automation
- Use research, analytics, and feedback to validate and evolve solutions
- Contribute to design-to-code practices and modern product delivery models
- Mentor and support designers across the organization
- Influence product strategy with user-centered and business-focused thinking
Key requirements
- 7+ years of product, UX, or enterprise software design experience
- Experience designing complex workflow-based applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating business impact and product thinking
- Expert proficiency with Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience working within Agile product development environments
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design, generative AI, copilots, or agent-based experiences
- Financial services, capital markets, trading, or investment industry experience preferred
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-enabled product experiences
