Requirements

  • Highly experienced with Python.
  • Experience with web frameworks such as Django is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of full stack application technologies such as message brokers, version control, authentication, and authorization controls.
  • Extensive experience communicating with other systems via RESTful APIs.
  • Solid experience with web data formats including JSON and XML.
  • Experience automating networking technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end web development using HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, Java Script, and React.
  • Working knowledge of software development using Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to challenge ideas and accept challenges to your own.
  • Ability to write high-quality, modular code.
  • Analytical thinking and an ability to focus on what is needed over how to implement it.

Responsibilities

  • Develop full stack solutions to automate network technologies.
  • Contribute to and understand all layers of a full stack application.
  • Handle database integration, including querying, joins, and optimization.
  • Develop, test, and maintain modular, high-quality code.
  • Write automated tests and contribute to all aspects of the SDLC process.
  • Deliver against requirements and acceptance criteria from a Network Infrastructure team.
  • Interface with Network Engineers to understand requirements for network devices.
  • Collaborate with the development team on a daily basis.
  • Work within a Scrum framework using an agile mindset and SDLC processes.
  • Work with a variety of infrastructure technologies and third-party products.
  • Work in a 4x4 hybrid model consistent with company policies.
