Overview
In this role you drive a multi-year transformation program to modernize front, middle, and back-office capabilities for IM. You will coordinate cross-functional work across business and technology partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and transparent governance. You help shape the future-state operating model and manage risks and dependencies across global teams. Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution of the Client Pathways transformation program roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Co-lead program governance with executive materials, dashboards, meetings, and leadership updates
- Track interdependencies, identify risks and gaps, and ensure cross-team alignment across Technology, Investments, Middle Office, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate
- Co-lead with the Alpha Pathways lead on workstream management, strategy, execution, status reporting, and escalation
- Participate in business analysis of IBOR and ABOR ecosystems to ensure integration supports portfolio management and real-time reporting
Key requirements
- 10 years in financial services with at least 8 years in program or transformation leadership roles
- Deep understanding of investment management operations and front-to-back lifecycle (ABOR, IBOR, transaction management)
- Strong knowledge of risk and control frameworks, SLAs, and operational resiliency
- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience in matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong proficiency in Large, Enterprise Technology Program Management
