Overview
In this role you support the control framework for State Street’s global Agent Bank network, ensuring regulatory alignment and oversight. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain governance, reporting, and due diligence processes that underpin secure, compliant custody services. You’ll help drive improvements in Network Management initiatives and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on position in a globally distributed environment with meaningful impact on regulatory compliance and third-party oversight.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the global Agent Bank network oversight and manage deadlines
- Support Forum governance, control, and reporting activities
- Assist with annual Due Diligence reviews and risk assessments to ensure oversight obligations
- Collaborate with Legal, Audit, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Product, and Relationship Management on Network Management initiatives
- Support external vendor Relationship Management projects
- Respond to inquiries regarding Network Management services and tasks
- Contribute to strategic Network Management initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in Network Management
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in custody, securities services, banking, financial markets, risk, compliance, operations, or related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Relationship management

- Knowledge of Global Custody, Securities Settlement, Market Infrastructure
- Experience with Due Diligence, Third-Party oversight, Audit, Risk, or Compliance activities
