We are seeking a senior leader to establish and lead a new Client Engineering team within GLFX. This organization will operate between Product Sales and Support teams, ensuring that client-facing, technical and operational activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
The role is focused on improving the overall client experience while increasing the productivity of the Product Sales team by removing friction, standardizing delivery, and enhancing the quality of client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical, operational, and client-facing expertise, with a strong track record of building teams that deliver high-quality client solutions and measurable improvements in service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Deep experience in FX markets, electronic trading platforms, or financial technology environments
- Proven ability to lead client-facing engineering, solutions, or implementation teams
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, integrations, and client onboarding processes
- Experience improving client experience metrics such as NPS, client satisfaction, and service quality
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and increase front-office productivity through structured delivery models

What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Client Engineering Leadership: Build and lead a global Client Engineering organization with a clear mandate focused on client experience and operational efficiency.
- Client Experience & Delivery Quality: Own the quality and consistency of the end-to-end client implementation and onboarding experience.
- Productivity Enablement: Standardize and streamline client-facing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Oversee the design and delivery of scalable client solutions aligned with product capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the primary interface between Product Sales, Product, Technology, and Support teams.
- Risk & Governance: Ensure all client-facing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $267,500 Annual
