This is a senior execution and platform‑building role, with accountability for outcomes rather than tasks. The VP will operate at the intersection of product structuring, commercial discipline, operating model design, client service, and cross‑functional orchestration, acting as a senior owner across complex launches and platform initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Own and evolve global launch and onboarding frameworks, including the design and continuous improvement of structured, scalable onboarding playbooks.
  • Lead complex ETF launches across US and international markets, acting as a senior execution owner and escalation point.
  • Drive cross‑functional orchestration across funds management, legal, compliance, capital markets, operations, and technology, ensuring clarity of ownership and delivery discipline.
  • Lead business development for ETF as a Service mandates, with accountability for structuring, and converting opportunities in partnership with distribution and senior leadership, bringing platform, pricing, and execution leadership throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage senior client relationships post mandate win, acting as a trusted partner across launch, scale, and evolution phases, and ensuring a consistent, high quality client experience across regions and functions.
  • Set and enforce execution standards, improving launch consistency, timeline discipline, and predictability at scale.
  • Monitor cost of manufacturing and operational efficiency, identifying improvement levers and supporting informed commercial decisions.
  • Lead the development and adoption of standardized pricing frameworks across regions and client segments.
  • Drive the industrialization of platform infrastructure, processes, and controls to support global scale.
  • Own contributions to standardized documentation, governance frameworks, and decision templates.
  • Identify structural bottlenecks and execution risk, proposing and driving scalable, sustainable improvements.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes and balancing commercial, operational, and risk considerations.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in ETF product, investment management, capital markets, platform operations, digital wealth, or top tier consulting.
  • Experience operating across multiple regulatory frameworks, including UCITS and 40 Act ETF structures, is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex cross‑functional initiatives within a global or multi‑jurisdictional environment.
  • Deep exposure to ETF structures, fund launches, pricing models, or platform economics.
  • Strong commercial judgment with advanced analytical and financial modelling capability.
  • Proven track record in delivering client solutions and managing strategic client engagements.
  • Highly structured thinker with the ability to operate effectively in fast moving environments.
  • Proven capability to lead senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive alignment without formal authority.

What Makes This Role Attractive

  • Senior ownership of real ETF launches in multiple jurisdictions, strategic client relationships and complex structuring decisions at global scale.
  • Direct involvement in shaping pricing, margin, governance, and operating model frameworks.
  • Opportunity to help define how a major asset manager industrializes ETF manufacturing for third‑party clients.
  • High visibility role with meaningful impact on platform strategy, scale, and commercial sustainability.
  • This role is part of a strategic priority for the firm, with significant visibility and long-term career upside.

Success Looks Like

  • Measurable improvement in launch consistency and execution discipline across all regions.
  • Strong credibility and rigor in pricing, margin analysis, and commercial decision making.
  • Scalable onboarding frameworks embedded across regions and teams.
  • Clear demonstration of end‑to‑end ownership across complex, high‑stakes execution environments.
