We are looking for a Client Service and Change Manager, Assistant Vice President (AVP) for our Edinburgh location. This role will deliver highly valued change management and solutions to clients within the UK. The role will oversee client change programs across the bank, interacting with clients and internal parties to ensure business change is delivered successfully. We're looking for an organized and diligent individual to work alongside our clients and existing change team.

You will be joining the Investment Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.

As a Client Service and Change Manager, you will:

  • Be a key point of contact for strategic clients within our change model
  • Participate in internal and client led meetings or workshops
  • Execute core change activities
  • Manage core change activities and risk
  • Complete documentation associated with the change activity
  • Ensure all change administration is up-to-date and accurate
