Working across Operations, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and application owners, you will create the shared context needed to solve the right problems and build solutions that can evolve.What you’ll doUnderstand users and set directionBuild a deep understanding of Operations users, workflows, pain points and information needs through engagement, observation, data and feedback.Turn priority opportunities into clear, testable problems, then define a compelling portfolio vision, measurable outcomes and an enduring product strategy.Lead discovery and prioritisationLead continuous discovery with Operations, Design, Architecture and Engineering, testing value, usability, feasibility and viability.Make evidence-led trade-offs across user impact, strategic fit, dependencies, cost and time-to-value, using focused increments to accelerate learning.Align the portfolio and empower teamsMaintain the end-to-end view across journeys, platforms, data and integrations, resolving gaps, overlaps, dependencies and competing assumptions.Give empowered teams clear outcomes and guardrails while clarifying decision rights across enterprise product management, product owners, application owners, architects and delivery leads.Measure and improveDefine measures for adoption, journey performance, service quality, efficiency and target-state progress.Use telemetry, user feedback and operational evidence to evaluate releases, refine priorities and drive continuous improvement.Role boundariesThe role is accountable for portfolio coherence and outcomes.
