This position is responsible for processing a varied and complex collection and disbursement operation. It requires a range of business and accounting services knowledge in auditing, interpreting and providing highly complex oversight for fiscal-related legal documents, Wisconsin Judgment of Convictions (JOC’s), Income Assignments and Child Support Court orders. It also processes a wide variety of complex fiscal documents and accounts receivable, performs procurement per the State Procurement Manual in accordance with the Administrative Services Manual (ASM) and State Purchasing-General guidelines, maintains a working knowledge of DOC accounting structure to audit and review complex financial.
