Fancy running the show at two of London's most unique entertainment brands?
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to lead Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited through a maternity cover period.
This isn't a typical marketing role, you'll sit at the intersection of brand, digital performance, creative production and guest experience, shaping every stage of the customer journey across both brands.
From driving bookings through paid media, CRM and website optimisation, to launching new shows, campaigns and experiences, you'll have real influence over two of London's flagship entertainment venues.
About the Role As the senior marketing lead for Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited, you'll own both brands' marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the UK Managing Director and cross-functional teams to drive awareness, revenue and long-term growth.
You'll oversee everything from brand strategy and performance marketing to creative development and commercial initiatives, while playing a key role in evolving both the Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong experiences - new show and game concepts, promotions, website improvements and venue activations included.
Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited each operate a single, standout London venue, so you'll have direct, hands-on ownership of brand and marketing for both - not managing marketing at arm's length across a large estate.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Own the marketing strategy, calendar and budget across website, paid media, social, CRM, PR, partnerships and affiliates for both Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited.
- Drive digital performance - traffic, bookings, ROAS and conversion - working closely with our Performance Freelancers, across both brands.
- Own the website and booking journey for each brand, partnering with our Web Product team on improvements and new functionality.
- Lead campaigns, promotions and seasonal activity, and develop new commercial packages with Operations, Sales and Finance across both Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong.
- Lead the creation of new shows and experiences - from Hijingo's bingo formats to Bounce Ping Pong's games and activations - from concept and game mechanics through to launch.
Act as guardian of both the Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong brands, directing creative freelancers and agencies to a consistently high standard while protecting each brand's distinct identity.
- Lead venue marketing, menus, POS, signage, promotions and guest-facing collateral with each venue's General Manager.
Turn performance data and market insight into sharp, actionable recommendations for both Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a senior brand or marketing role, ideally in hospitality, leisure, entertainment or experiential brands.
- A track record of driving commercial results through performance marketing, CRM and website optimisation.
- Confidence owning a multi-channel budget and strategy, and reporting into senior leadership.
- Experience managing more than one brand or venue concept at once is a strong plus, given this role spans both Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong.
- A sharp creative eye and experience briefing agencies, freelancers and suppliers.
- A highly organised, commercially minded self-starter who thrives juggling campaigns, launches and activations across multiple brands at once.
- A portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, launches or creative work you've led (please include link on your CV with your application).
Why Join Us You'll help shape two of London's most talked-about entertainment brands with real creative and commercial influence, from the boardroom to the show floor.
