As we expand into new markets and launch operational initiatives to support our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from start to finish.
Your Mission
You’ll play a central role in delivering key initiatives across the business – from process improvements and rollouts to partner coordination and internal tooling. Your job is to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to every stage of a project’s lifecycle.
You’ll report to the Founders and Commercial Director and work closely with senior leaders and teams across Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Define project goals, scopes, timelines, and key deliverables
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment
- Run stand-ups, updates, and retrospectives to keep progress on track
- Flag and resolve blockers before they become issues
- Maintain clear documentation and status reporting
- Work with leadership to prioritise projects and allocate resources
What You’ll Bring

- 2–4 years of experience in project management or operations
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and visual
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, Trello, or Asana
