Reporting to the Commercial Director and Supply Lead, and working closely with the founders, you’ll lead Stasher’s supply growth and partner success efforts across global markets.
- Grow the Host Network
- Use internal demand data to identify and prioritise outreach opportunities.
- Source, qualify, and sign new hosts — from indie shops to global hotel chains.
- Build and iterate multichannel outbound campaigns (email, phone, in-person, Zoom).
- Partner with Ops, Product, and Marketing on go-to-market execution: pricing, signage, Google Maps, reviews, and more.
- Refine and test playbooks to reduce time-to-first-booking and ensure host success from day one.
- Manage relationships with key enterprise partners and your onboarded hosts.
- Collaborate with Analytics to deliver performance dashboards and hit NPS & booking targets.
- Own cross-functional coordination to resolve partner issues (e.g. payouts, signage).
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities (co-marketing, new sites, etc).
- Be the internal “voice of the partner” — advocate for product and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluent English (spoken & written); additional languages a big plus.
- Not afraid to cold call prospects.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
- Experience using tools like Zapier, n8n, or other automation platforms.
- Startup mindset: hands‑on, adaptable, and willing to travel occasionally.
- French, Italian or another major global language.
- 1–3 years in sales, partnerships, or operations at a high‑growth company.
- Experience with CRMs and outbound tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo).
- Experience managing enterprise accounts or hotel groups.
Comp + Equity: Competitive salary (benchmarked to your location) and share options so you grow with us.
Commission: Uncapped earnings on every host you onboard.
Time Off: 25 days annual leave + UK.
