Waddington Brown are delighted to be supporting a well‑established global Management Consultancy in their search for a Part‑Time HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the performance appraisal process
- Deliver day‑to‑day HR activities across UK operations (and globally when required)
- Assist the UK HR Manager with UK and global HR projects
- Conduct training needs analysis and help develop the UK training plan
- Provide accurate information for payroll and document monthly changes
- Prepare HR‑related reports as needed
- Manage employee benefits and updates
- Support recruitment and onboarding, including pre‑employment checks
About You
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience in recruitment, payroll administration and HR systems
- Professional, proactive and detail‑focused with sound judgement
What's On Offer
- Salary: c£25,000 per annum (c£38k FTE)
- Hybrid working (Cambridge base, 2 days/week)
- 8% non‑contributory pension

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
This is a part‑time position (approximately 0.65 FTE), with flexibility for the right person. The only fixed day required is Friday.
