As our Social Media Manager, you will be a driving force behind our social media presence, shaping how our brands connect and communicate with our audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Your role will be equal parts creative and strategic, building content calendars, capturing unique moments, and turning them into visually captivating posts and videos. You’ll own content creation from start to finish, serving as the go-to for high-quality photography, video production, and engaging written copy across all three brands, 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels, and Treehouse Hotels.
This position requires a sharp understanding of social media trends, a flair for visual storytelling, and an ability to lead content initiatives across multiple platforms, including a deep expertise in TikTok. - Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive social media content calendars that align with marketing objectives, brand values, tentpoles, and seasonal campaigns.
- Content Creation & Capture: Oversee and execute all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, and video editing to produce high-quality visuals and video content that tell our brand story.
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form platforms to engage and inspire our community.
- Social Media Management: Monitor content across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube), ensuring a cohesive brand message and visual style.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to track content performance, identify trends, and optimize future strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Influencer, and Food & Beverage Marketing teams to align on brand campaigns, partnerships, and promotional efforts.
- Trendspotting: Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new tools, using this knowledge to continuously evolve our content strategy and formats.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You have 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a focus on video content. You’re an expert in content capture, photography, and videography, with experience in video production and editing apps like CapCut. You have a creative eye and strong visual storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of what resonates on social platforms. You have experience using social media scheduling tools like Later or Sprout Social and are proficient in tracking and interpreting social media analytics. You’re a strategic thinker who can translate brand goals into compelling digital experiences. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can easily adapt your tone to reflect each unique brand voice. Willing to travel occasionally as needed.
