We're currently seeking a
Sommelier with a genuine passion for wine, exceptional product knowledge, and a natural talent for delivering thoughtful, personalized service.
You'll curate bespoke wine experiences for our guests, manage our wine cellar with precision, and inspire both guests and team members through your expertise and enthusiasm.

About you...
- Passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Previous experience as a Junior Sommelier or Sommelier for at least 1 year.
- WSET Level 2 qualification or higher.
- Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages, food pairings, and tasting notes.
- Highly organised with experience managing wine inventory, stock control, and cellar operations.
- Confident delivering wine training and sharing knowledge with Front of House teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Excel, Birchstreet, Canva, and other hospitality systems.
- Previous luxury hotel or high-end restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a luxury hospitality operation.
