Our team is in search of a magnetic Senior Sales Manager with remarkable tenacity, a sharp leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who’s good-natured, a natural at relationship building, and puts their client’s needs at the top of their priority list, while meeting (or surpassing) all revenue goals for the department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to group and catering sales function, and revenue generation from all sales territories. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and personal booking goals.
Ideally, you’re a luxury hotel pro and a natural salesperson who brings it all to life for our clients. That means developing creative ways to maximize profit, achieving set revenue goals, and supporting the financial, business and marketing objectives for groups, meetings, events and other gatherings.
About you...
- Passionate about hospitality sales and food & beverage with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession would be a plus.
- Extensive hotel sales experience within the luxury market; demonstrated strong leadership and selling skills; and proven achievements in selling, optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- An expert in Group Sales, Catering & Event Sales, a strong leader, natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Delphi, HMS and Cvent would be a plus.
- Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
