What You’ll Do...
- Lead daily team briefings and allocate room assignments based on arrivals, VIPs, and guest preferences.
- Ensure public areas, guest rooms, and employee spaces meet luxury standards.
- Supervise inspections, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Front Desk and Engineering to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain supplies, manage team schedules, and uphold all safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Champion sustainability, service culture, and our brand values in everything you do.
