We are currently in search of a seasoned, insightful, and innovative Director of Rooms—a thought leader with a gift for service and an instinct for leadership, whose most important roles are to ensure the excellence of the entire guest experience and to exceed our mission and the brand’s operational and financial outcomes. The Director of Rooms will play a quintessential role in the hotel’s success as a thought leader who can – and will – impact change and bring the ethos to life.
About You- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Advanced knowledge of front office operations.
- A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
