About 1 Hotel Mayfair

Located in the heart of Mayfair, 1 Hotel Mayfair combines sustainable luxury with nature-inspired design and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Concierge to help create memorable experiences and deliver personalised service to our guests.

Job Summary

As a Concierge, you will assist guests with enquiries, recommendations, reservations, transportation, and local experiences, ensuring a seamless and welcoming stay. Working closely with the Chief Concierge and other hotel departments, you will deliver thoughtful, efficient service that reflects the values of 1 Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, theatre tickets, tours, and local experiences.
• Maintain good knowledge of London, particularly Mayfair, including restaurants, attractions, and events.
• Handle guest requests and enquiries efficiently, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and external suppliers to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and ensure effective shift handovers.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Promote the hotel’s sustainability initiatives and recommend environmentally conscious experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role is desirable.
• Good knowledge of London and local attractions is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• A professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Additional language skills are desirable.
