We’re currently seeking a
Butler to act as a dedicated point of contact throughout each guest’s stay.
This role is all about anticipation, personalization, and creating seamless, meaningful experiences.
You’ll ensure every detail is considered, from in-room touches to curated moments, reflecting our ethos of luxury, sustainability, and genuine care.
Working closely with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and spa teams, you’ll coordinate every aspect of the guest journey.
Success in this role comes from emotional intelligence, precision, and the ability to deliver thoughtful, intuitive service in a fast-paced environment.
About you…
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service in a luxury environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, private residence, or butler service role is preferred.
- A natural communicator with a warm, professional, and discreet approach.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate guest needs proactively.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple requests seamlessly.
- Confident handling guest requests such as dining reservations, special occasions, unpacking/packing, and bespoke experiences.
- A collaborative team player who works closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintains the highest level of discretion and integrity when handling guest information.
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
