We’re currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support and represent the Area Managing Director. Our dream candidate is flexible, impeccably mannered, an effective collaborator, loves a challenge and is a true diplomat, with a genuine love of service and meeting new people.

With a wide variety of duties including diary management, organising travel within the UK and abroad, and assisting with all issues relating to the smooth running of the office. We seek a friendly, well-spoken and organised individual who can multi-task and prioritise, with ideally at least five years’ previous experience as an EA at senior/board level.

About you...

  • Previous experience of working for Directors/Senior Management is essential
  • Excellent administration skills with proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook/Word/Excel/Powerpoint, and diary management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without close supervision and using own initiative
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • A confident individual with great communication skills
  • Forward thinking and strong analytical skills to solve problems (diary clashes for example)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion
