Over the past 30 years, we’ve grown from humble beginnings with a single computer into a diversified, global, technology-enabled lottery and prize draw company (ASX: JIN). Today, Jumbo operates across Australia, the UK, Canada and the US, bringing together technology, creativity and purpose to create premium digital experiences people love.

Based in Galgate, StarVale is dedicated to strengthening the fundraising power of charities, not‑for‑profits, and hospices across the UK. We combine specialist lottery management with a genuine commitment to helping organisations maximise their impact, so more communities receive the support they deserve.

What you will be doing

As a Lottery Administrator, you will work as part of a large team to ensure the efficient operation of the weekly lotteries and raffles. Responsibilities include running lottery/raffle draws, handling inbound & outbound customer service calls, processing mail, and resolving lottery member queries. The role involves data entry and verification for new members, renewals, and payments, as well as managing debit/credit card transactions and reconciliation.

  • Lottery Draws: You will be using our internal system and procedures to run digital lottery draws for our clients.
  • Telephone support: Our supporters may call us with a variety of queries, including cancelling their subscriptions, complaints, changes of details and similar. You will be handling these calls and assisting our lottery supporters.
  • Mail opening & data entry: We process physical mail from our supporters and ensure that every postal entry is counted and appropriately entered into the system.

What You’ll be able to Bring to the Role

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone and email etiquette.
  • Comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life and providing them with empathetic, efficient and friendly service.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
