Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is ideal for a commercial sales leader with a proven ability to balance team leadership with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance firms and oil & gas majors.
- Drive new business development while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the oil & gas or related industry
- Experience working with finance firms or oil and gas majors is essential.
