We’re looking for a personable and organised Receptionist to be the warm and attentive face of our front of house, ensuring exceptional customer service for both our physical and virtual members. As the first point of contact for all members, guests, and deliveries, you will play a central role in creating a professional, friendly, and efficient environment.
Your primary focus will be ensuring an excellent front-of-house experience while also coordinating our busy Virtual Office service, including mail and parcel handling, member queries, and general office support.
We are a small team and all work hard to support one another; a can-do, approachable attitude is a must. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and being with people.
We work 9-5 pm and rarely stay late, so work-life balance is encouraged and celebrated! This is a local job, working with a local charity and ideal for a local person. Our mission is to enable and support small business owners, and it’s a fun place to work, but we do work hard, and no two days are the same.
