A formal teaching qualification is not essential. We value relevant experience, practical skills and the ability to engage young people. Experience delivering accredited programmes or supporting learners who have found traditional education challenging would be an advantage.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new programme within a local charity and business community. You will have curriculum resources and support from the UP team, alongside opportunities to draw inspiration from the businesses and creative practitioners around us.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview and asked to deliver a short practical activity.
