The role involves: Identifying market opportunities and gaps to prioritize customer segments effectively. Deploying data-driven resourcing strategies and aligning team structures with the Sales team\’s strategy. Pinpointing revenue blockers and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve them. Developing and maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and analyzing variances between actual and forecasted revenue. The ideal candidate will have: A strong background in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of maximizing business growth and performance. Excellent analytical skills, enabling them to approach problems with a structured mindset and derive actionable insights from data. Strong communication skills, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and presenting recommendations to leadership.
