Farfetch Advertising operates at the intersection of luxury e-commerce and advertising. As AdTech Manager, you will take the lead on the design and development of our AdTech stack, for optimal efficacy, delivery and scalability of our paid Advertising services. The AdTech stack spans a range of advertising products, including Onsite Sponsored Products, Onsite Display, CRM and Offsite Paid Social, as well as related Analytics tooling for internal and external stakeholders to review Campaign Reporting and Insights.
The Role
Joining us on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months you will report to the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations and be responsible for the optimal delivery of all booked campaigns in line with Client KPIs. You'll oversee the operational processes from channel set-up to campaign go-live and optimisation. This role will also be responsible for the continual improvement of these processes, proactively spotting opportunities to improve or automate our processes and working together with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders, to iterate and evolve our processes and tooling for maximum efficiency, effectiveness and scalability. You will collaborate closely with other Farfetch Advertising teams, including Account Management, Sales and Data & Reporting.
What You'll Do
- Working alongside the Advertising Operations Executive, take responsibility for the end to end delivery of Advertising Campaigns, from Channel Setup & Go Live to live Campaign Monitoring, Optimisation and Troubleshooting, ultimately ensuring that all Campaigns are successfully delivered on-time and on-target.
- Take the lead on iterating and evolving our operational processes for maximum efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, working with the Senior Manager of Business Strategy & Operations to flag where resource is needed to do so, and communicating with other internal and external stakeholders in order to redesign processes and implement changes.
- Ensure clear, up-to-date Process Documentation is created for all key processes and that this documentation is kept up to date.
- Monitor overall Advertising product performance and inventory utilisation to identify opportunities for further Product improvements and changes that could help our business grow or better utilise the inventory available.
Who You Are
- Experience in an operational role, preferably in the digital advertising and/or retail media industry with proven knowledge of Ad Servers.
- Experience in operational process improvement, including process design, process documentation and hosting team trainings.
- You're able to independently prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines across multiple clients.
- You are confident using Excel to analyse and manipulate data.
- You are commercially minded and customer service oriented with an understanding of the objectives that this function helps achieve, both for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- You are curious and proactive, with an instinct to solve problems and improve processes.
- Previous experience of the following platforms strongly preferred: Google Ad Manager, Retail Media Platforms (e.g. Kevel or similar Sponsored Products technologies) and Social Media Platforms (e.g. Meta).
- Able to work on a fixed term contract and ideally be able to start February 2026.
