About The Role

The Retail Artist at Westman Atelier will provide personalized, professional service to customers, assisting them with product selection and application. They will stay updated on Westman Atelier products and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. The role involves actively participating in training sessions to implement new learnings on the job, maintaining hygiene standards when demonstrating products, and ensuring the cleanliness of the counter and taster units.

The Retail Artist will also achieve sales targets and KPIs, report on out-of-stock items, and follow up on their replenishment. Additionally, they will maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up.

The ideal candidate for this role would have a passion for clean, luxury beauty and a strong background in the beauty industry, particularly in makeup artistry. They should have experience in retail environments, ideally within the luxury beauty sector, and possess excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will be creative, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. They should also have a keen understanding of clean, sustainable makeup products and be able to educate clients on these concepts effectively.
