About The Role
The Retail Artist at Westman Atelier will provide personalized, professional service to customers, assisting them with product selection and application. They will stay updated on Westman Atelier products and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. The role involves actively participating in training sessions to implement new learnings on the job, maintaining hygiene standards when demonstrating products, and ensuring the cleanliness of the counter and taster units. The Retail Artist will also achieve sales targets and KPIs, report on out-of-stock items, and follow up on their replenishment. Additionally, they will maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up.
