Commercial Gas Engineer - Manchester / Leeds regions
Up to Β£49,000 Basic + Door-to-Door + Overtime + On-Call + Company Van
Looking for a varied Commercial Gas role where you're trusted to get on with the job?
We're working with a growing and well-established provider of bespoke energy and building services, looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team.
Covering the Manchester / Leeds regions, you'll work across a varied portfolio of commercial and industrial sites, carrying out servicing, breakdowns, repairs and commissioning.
The Role
You'll be working on:
- Commercial boilers & forced-draught burners
- Water heaters
- Warm air & radiant tube systems
- Fault finding, repairs and commissioning
- Gas pipework testing and purging
- Electrical fault finding and testing
- Paid on-call rota
There will also be some ancillary mechanical/building services work, including pumps, expansion vessels, actuators and basic plumbing.
What you'll need
- Commercial Gas qualifications: COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, TPCP1 & 1A, ICPN1
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Electrical testing experience
- Relevant apprenticeship
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently and dealing with customers
