The Job: Home based and working across the Yorkshire area, you will undertake warranty & technical support of a range of products, focusing on heat pumps & renewables, but also boilers & cylinders. You will be a self-motivated Gas Engineer, Heat Pump Engineer, Heating Engineer or Renewables Engineer, organised with good customer facing skills and some fault-finding ability. Product training will be provided to those who possess:
- Excellent customer facing/communication skills
- Previous boiler or heat pump fault-finding or breakdown experience
- Full UK driving licence - required
- Experience of working on either boilers, solar thermal, air source heat pumps, along with unvented cylinders, biomass, smart controls
Hours: Monday to Friday - 39.5hr week, 20 Saturdays a year paid in OT or time in lieu, no callout.
Remuneration: PAYE directly employed with a boiler & heat pump manufacturer. £43,000 basic + Saturday OT. Van - Mercedes Vito, fully expensed with private use. 31 days holiday (23+banks), uniform, laptop, pension + all tools, healthcare/sick pay/life assurance, manufacturer training.
