The role will have you working around the Surrey area, predominately the KT/SM postcode areas across numerous sites.
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, delivering optimum performance and efficiency at all times.
- Carry out a wide range of general handyman and maintenance tasks with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Undertake grounds maintenance duties.
- Complete basic electrical and plumbing works in line with current standards and best practice.
- Identify, report, and escalate any maintenance issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Accurately complete job sheets using the client's in-house system, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to prioritise workload and perform effectively under pressure.
- Uphold a high standard of personal presentation, maintaining a confident, professional, and approachable manner at all times.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
