As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted
- Create a warm, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
- Ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance
- Drive excellent outcomes for children and young people
Requirements:
- Experienced within children's residential care
- Either an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
