The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the setup and registration of the home with Ofsted
- Recruit, develop, and inspire your own staff team
- Create a warm, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
- Ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance
- Build positive relationships with professionals, families, and external agencies
- Drive excellent outcomes for children and young people
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within children's residential care
- Either an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
- Confident leading teams and developing staff
- Knowledgeable around Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Holding (or working towards) Level 5 in Leadership & Management
