FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER – Electrical Forecourt Equipment
3 Phase Drive Through Carwash Equipment

For a market leader who design, manufacture, install & maintain vehicle wash solutions, using the latest technology for their Drive Through Automated Carwash equipment found on petrol forecourts, bus & truck depots and associated sectors.
The Job
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team to service, maintain & repair our customers Retail Commercial Car Wash equipment – incuding rollover car washes, jet washes, etc
Based from home and working from your field service vehicle, you will be visiting clients sites which include fuel stations, car dealerships, etc undertaking planned maintenance, servicing & repair of commercial carwash equipment.
This includes;
- Responding to customer call outs for machine repairs.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Use a company tablet to complete service paperwork.
- Ensure all van stocks and company equipment are maintained.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Multi Meter & Electrical problem solving & fault-finding skills.
- Working knowledge of electrics (three phase advantage).
- Be customer focused.
- Previous experience working in a field-based role.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Confidence in working alone as well as part of team.
- Full UK Driving License required.
The successful candidate will receive full product training along with health & safety to work on customers outlets.
Working Hours
- Working Monday to Friday
- Your day includes all travel leaving home at 8am and home before 6pm.
- Additional Weekend work based on a 1 in 3 weeks rota system.
Remuneration
Package of circa;
- starting £37,400 to £39,900 (including weekend rota)
- All tools & uniform, phone & tablet provided.
- Company Vehicle – with private use option.
- Fuel card and corporate credit card.
- Company pension scheme.
