This is a Starting Point Recruitment vacancy, my client is seeking skilled and reliable Aluminum Window Fabricators to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and preparing aluminum windows and frames to specification, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate and assemble aluminum windows, doors, and frames according to measurements and drawings.
  • Cut, drill, punch, and machine aluminum profiles using fabrication tools and machinery.
  • Install glazing, rubber seals, hardware, and fittings as required.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
  • Ensure finished products meet quality standards and company requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in aluminum window/door fabrication a MUST!
  • Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements.
  • Ability to read measuring tape.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experienced in using workshop machinery and hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Understanding of quality control processes.
  • Good communication skills.
