About the Role
We are hiring a Success Coach to join our Red team. This is a rewarding and impactful role supporting individuals facing complex challenges to re-engage with employment services and take the next step towards work or self-employment. You will provide practical coaching and personal mentoring to people who may face barriers such as housing instability, limited English (ESOL needs), mental or physical health issues, and financial pressures. Through tailored support, you will help them overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary: £27,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings: Up to £37,500 per year (based on achievable outcomes)

Key Responsibilities
- Re-engage participants who have disengaged from the Restart Programme
- Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions focused on employment, wellbeing, and life skills
- Provide support around ESOL needs, housing issues, and financial challenges
- Conduct better-off-in-work calculations to support informed decision-making
- Assist with CV writing, job applications, and course submissions
- Guide participants considering self-employment with advice and referral
- Build relationships with local partners, employers, and support services
- Maintain accurate records, support with compliance, and meet programme targets
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be empathetic, resilient, and results-focused. We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in employability, welfare-to-work, housing, support work, or advice services
- Understands the challenges faced by people who are long-term unemployed
- Can motivate and build trust with people from diverse backgrounds
- Is comfortable working with KPIs and supporting participants to achieve clear outcomes
- Has knowledge of the benefits system and ESOL, or experience in financial/housing advice
- Can work independently, manage a caseload, and communicate effectively with external partners
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Level 2 or above qualification in Advice & Guidance or Health/Social Care
- Knowledge of self-employment pathways or enterprise support
- Experience working with people who have complex or multiple needs
