Join a Supportive and Child-Focused Nursery Team. We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and nurturing early years setting in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and supporting children's development in a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment. The role will involve working with children across the early years age range and supporting their learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Observe, assess and track children's development and progress
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and parents
- Maintain a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment
- Follow safeguarding, welfare and health & safety procedures
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE/NVQ or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Paediatric First Aid
- SEND or SENCO experience
- Supportive and friendly working environment
