Birmingham or Walsall | Full-Time | Up to £38,000 + Uncapped Commission

We\’re hiring a commercially focused, results-driven Recruitment Consultant to build and lead a brand-new commercial/white-collar desk. This is a high-impact role working in partnership with our Divisional Manager and senior leadership to drive success in one of our fastest growing areas.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
– Building a desk from scratch in the commercial/white-collar market
– Developing long-term client relationships and market reputation
– Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
– Working closely with our Divisional Manager to grow the division

About You:
– Proven track record of billing £300k+ and launching desks
– Strong commercial market knowledge and client development ability
– Independent and driven with entrepreneurial flair
