Location:Wolverhampton (Two Sites)
Hours:16-25 per week (Flexible, Monday-Friday)
Start Date:May – June 2025
Salary:£22 – £26 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Role Overview
- Work flexiblybetween Monday – Friday (07:45 – 18:30), with Thursday shifts until 20:00
- Providechronic disease management(asthma, COPD, diabetes)
- Performcytology screenings, vaccinations, and immunisations(travel, flu, childhood, and adult)
- Conductinfection prevention audits, wound dressings, and minor surgery assistance
- Carry outhealth assessments, contraceptive reviews, and health promotion initiatives
- Maintainaccurate patient records and compliance with best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN)withNMC registration
- Minimumtwo years of post-graduation experiencein aGeneral Practice Nurse (GPN) role
- Proven experience inchronic disease managementis essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ateam-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to acollaborative healthcare team
- Willingness toupskill and adaptto evolving healthcare needs
