Job Summary/Overall Scope of Position Assist in the receiving and booking in of goods received. Assist with the goods inwards procedure via the computer system. Assist with stock checks and stock rotations. To assist with order picking and order collation/loading of customers orders. Awareness at all times of relevant Health & Safety regulations. Improve and maintain good product knowledge. Have an awareness at all time of relevant Company procedures. Have a constant awareness of warehouse, yard, vehicle and general security at all times. General housekeeping, as required. Ability to drive 3.5 tonne Luton box van to assist with transferring of stock between sites, adhoc customer deliveries and to provide holiday/relief cover to the Lightside delivery driver as required Any other duties reasonably associated with this position. Performance Standards A high level of self-motivation. Attention to detail. Reliability, good time keeping and attendance. Ability to work alone and with others under supervision. Ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to work under pressure. To have persistence to ensure set tasks/objectives are met.
