What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and support a portfolio of international customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients across Spanish and Italian‑speaking markets.
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and video calls in English, Spanish, and Italian.
  • Coordinate customer orders, quotations, and account administration.
  • Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

What we’re looking for

  • Fluent Spanish and Italian (spoken and written) alongside excellent English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or client services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (desirable).
  • A positive, team‑focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
