About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electro Mechanical Service Engineer to join a busy workshop-based engineering team. This is a hands-on role involving the inspection, servicing, repair and assembly of pumps and associated equipment within a specialist engineering environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated engineering team, supporting maintenance activities and ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspect, service, repair and assemble pumps and associated equipment
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Carry out equipment performance testing
  • Assist with fault finding and technical problem solving
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers where required
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop environment
  • Support continuous improvement and company procedures
  • Assist in the development and support of other team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in a similar electro mechanical, maintenance or workshop-based engineering role
  • Working knowledge of motors and/or pumps
  • Electrically competent with strong hands-on engineering ability
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks

Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical qualification (minimum Level 3)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar workshop environment
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel and general systems use)
