Overview: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Minibus Drivers to transport vulnerable individuals, including those who are blind or disabled, to and from a day centre and supported living facilities.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive a minibus to transport individuals to and from the day centre.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctuality for daily shifts
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 5:00/5:30 PM
- Perform vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
- Build positive relationships with passengers, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
What We’re Looking For
Category D licence (essential).
- Experience driving minibuses or similar vehicles.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals.
